Song background:

This work narrates the general historical growth of events known in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as the "restoration" of the gospel. The narrative of the piece begins with Joseph Smith Jr. who started with a simple question if he was to be saved or not and what church he should join to guarentee savlation. God and His Son, Jesus Christ appeared to the young Joseph Smith Jr. in the event known as the First Vision. This is considered the beginning of the resoration which has continued to grow into a worldwide church. This growth is reflected in the structure of the first prelude "Restoration".

Musical influences of this piece include Mack Wilberg and Sergei Rachmaninoff
