From I really like the melody of this song. I would also like to see it written or transposed in a higher key because I feel that some of the lower ranges are not for Sopranos. Beautifully written!!! Wonderful message.

Song background:

This Soprano/Alto duet entitled, "Lord, Is It I?" is based on Christ's poignant conversation with His apostles shortly before he was betrayed and crucified. It was inspired by Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf's 2014 LDS Conference talk by the same name. This duet won the Special Recognition Award in this year's LDS music submissions contest  It invites us all to open our hearts to the counsel of the Lord and His prophets, look inside ourselves and ask, "Lord, is it I?"
