Most of my music is original. Because I have lived in small branches for most of my life, I try to write songs that can be performed by a small group or a choir of inexperienced singers.

Song background:

This sweet little melody is a favorite of mine. Maybe that’s because I remember my children singing it when they were quite young. Or maybe it’s because two short lines in this song (the bridge) sum up my feelings about Christmas and the Savior. This is a simple melodic line, with an optional harmony part in the bridge.
