Although she tends to shy away from limelight, Marika has been a keynote speaker, convention speaker, held workshops and seminars, and taught a many classes to children and/or adults.

for this piece (opens in a new window).When preparing for the Second Coming, each day is important. We can watch for little things that delight us and look for opportunities to serve. Each individual day adds up to a lifetime in which we can choose good thoughts and actions. At the conclusion of our earthly lifetime, all does not end. We are eternal beings who will continue to rejoice in our Savior and gain eternal life through Him. Right now is the time for us to live life to the fullest measure as we anticipate His coming to earth again. Sometimes we need to take fresh courage and gird up our loins, but always the key is in looking to Jesus and finding gladness because of and through Him. That's the message I tried to convey in this hymn.
